Se sei un cliente residente nell'UE, hai il diritto legale di cambiare idea sull'acquisto entro 7 giorni e di ricevere un rimborso per la maggior parte dei nostri prodotti acquistati online. Qualora volessi cancellare un ordine dopo aver cambiato idea, sei tenuto a notificarci la tua decisione entro 48 ore dalla data di ricezione dell'ultimo articolo e a rispedire gli articoli entro 14 giorni dalla data di notifica di cancellazione dell'ordine. Non vengono rimborsate le spese di spedizione.
Nel caso in cui dovessi ricevere un articolo indesiderato o difettoso, ti faremo sapere se dovrai restituire l'articolo e, qualora volessi esercitare il diritto legale di rifiutare l'articolo, dovrai necessariamente rispedircelo.
Per i clienti di USA, Canada, Australia e Nuova Zelanda: si prega di restituire gli articoli entro 10 giorni dalla data indicata sulla bolla di spedizione.
Siete pregati di restituire gli articoli inadeguati all'interno dell'imballo originale.
